I'm investigating the possibility of internationalizing a Tkinter application that I develop. Tcl/Tk provides facilities for internationalizing applications via its msgcat package, documented in "how-to" fashion below:
http://www.tcl.tk/doc/howto/i18n.html As far as I can tell, Tkinter does not wrap the msgcat library. Instead I've found the gettext module in the Python standard library.
