I use pyinstaller to make the binaries (see the veusz_pyinst.spec file), and NSIS to make a Windows installer from the Windows binary (see veusz.nsi). The Linux binary, unfortunately, isn't 100% compatible, as I've found trying to run on 64 bit systems. I assume it's some sort of glibc mismatch.
