That's not only true for computer terms. In the German Viennese slang there are a lot of Italian, French, Hungarian, Czech, Hebrew and Serbocroatien words. Nobody knows the exact meaning in their original language (nor does the vast majority actually speak those languages), but all are used in the correct original context.
