Convert to unicode right there, using
read_text.decode("ascii"). You have unicode now.
That's exactly what I was searching for.
This new line:
text = text.decode("ascii")
solved my problem.

I did this interview where I just mentioned that I read Foucault.
Who doesn't in university, right? I was in this strip club giving
