Thanks, The client is in a one printer office. If the output file is opened with note and then sent to the printer everything is fine but it defeats the purpose of the utility. Also tried > lpt1 but the same results.
I'm trying to find out if this was some change in xp from previous versions, or is there something abnormal going on.
