i am using mysql
i tried the
cursor.executemany('insert into promo (`From`,`To`, `RATE`) \
values (%s,%s,%s)', [ ('AA','BB',10.2), ('CC','DD',10.3) ] )
and it works.
very strange. isn't it?????
