python doesn't depend on the registry settings for normal use, so you can simply install python as usual, copy python25.dll from c:\windows\system32 to c:\python25, and then copy (or move) the entire c:\python25 tree to your USB drive. </F> -- http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
