Thanks for the tip. I was curious if there was a difference between -j1 and sequential. There is a -j1 in tools\buildbot\test.bat that provides a default unless overridden in the buildbot master config. I still see the -j1 being passed in the buildbot logs for the Windows arm32 buildbot.
