While on my near term to-do list, Ned's note helped give me a bit of a nudge, so...
The bolen-ubuntu worker has been updated to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. This restores the SSL test coverage, plus includes the libraries to pick up the previously skipped uuid and ctypes modules. At this point, of the possible modules, it should just be tkinter that isn't covered.
