New submission from Kirikaza <kirik...@rambler.ru>: In practice urllib reads HTTP_PROXY firstly and then if HTTP_PROXY is empty urllib reads http_proxy. Documentation (http://docs.python.org/library/urllib.html) says nothing about HTTP_PROXY.
