I wonder why the text uses “the :func:`quoteattr` function in the :mod:`xml.sax.saxutils` module” and not “:func:`~xml.sax.saxutils.quoteattr” to get a direct link (or even just “consider using :func:`xml.sax.saxutils.quoteattr`.”).
