Trying to run the test and I get:-

c:\py3k\Lib>..\PCbuild\python_d.exe test\test_htmlparser.py
  File "test\test_htmlparser.py", line 326
    escaped = u"<p>There&#146;s the C&ocirc;te</p>"
                                                  ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
