All outstanding issues mentioned here have been solved in Rev. 77696:
(1) New ANSI path for unknown 64bit platforms (ia64 and Alpha build
without problems now).
(2) Unified tests for decimal and cdecimal.
(3) Documentation for cdecimal.
Other improvements:
(4) Added comprehensive test suite for testing the library directly.
(5) Fixed warnings in Visual Studio.
(6) Code formatting.
