Before I retired I spent 20 years supporting & maintaining a rather specialized programming language that was a component of something called EIS (Boeing - Estimating Information System). --- Scrounging the web, I've found many seeming unrelated, but identical "line #425 of Help.py in boa package" nastygrams. So boa was suspect from the beginning. --- I think I'll poke into it, so I too, can make Python appear to crash:-) Maybe I'll fix boa by accident?
