Guilherme Polo <ggp...@gmail.com> added the comment: I've tried reproducing this on Windows XP using both Python 2.3.5 and 2.2.3 (and also some newer ones) and couldn't duplicate the issue. I also tested the file attached on issue837234 and got nothing, changed it a bit and still got nothing.
I can reproduce the IDLE freeze, but that is a different problem.
