I don't have a problem with trunk's complex.__format__ not agreeing with trunk's complex.__str__. If it's a big deal, we can just take complex.__format__ completely out of trunk with a #define. In any event, there's lots of time before 2.7 and not so much before 3.1, so let's concentrate on trunk.
