I don't know what Windows' updates do (most recently yesterday) . I presume vcruntime140.dll is on my C: ssd, which has shown no problems. Debug runs w/o -j0 normally take about 18 minutes. After 51 minutes, the 3.10 test run froze CP (as in, had to close with [X] and reopen). Output ends with
