Graham: I'm happy to help. I can write a more elaborate explanation of what's happening, or answer questions, whatever you like. I'm a fan of wrapt so I'd certainly like to see this issue resolved. And, seeing as you're the author and maintainer of wrapt, I assure you you've got more battle-won experience with object proxying than most developers--myself included.
