New submission from Alex Waygood <alex.wayg...@gmail.com>:
There are a few places in the typing docs where old-style (pre-PEP 526) syntax is used in examples. It doesn't look like these examples have been updated since 2016; it would be good to change them so that they use the newer syntax introduced in PEP 526. ---------- assignee: docs@python components: Documentation messages: 408721 nosy: AlexWaygood, docs@python, gvanrossum, kj priority: normal severity: normal status: open title: Reduce use of old-style syntax in typing docs type: enhancement versions: Python 3.10, Python 3.11, Python 3.9 _______________________________________ Python tracker <rep...@bugs.python.org> <https://bugs.python.org/issue46104> _______________________________________ _______________________________________________ Python-bugs-list mailing list Unsubscribe: https://mail.python.org/mailman/options/python-bugs-list/archive%40mail-archive.com
