New submission from Christian Heimes <li...@cheimes.de>:
The configure check for HAVE_CRYPT_R assumes that all platforms have <crypt.h>. Some platforms like FreeBSD don't have <crypt.h> at all. Instead the crypt_r() prototype is defined in <unistd.h>. ---------- messages: 406352 nosy: christian.heimes priority: normal severity: normal status: open title: configure check for HAVE_CRYPT_R is wrong type: behavior versions: Python 3.11 _______________________________________ Python tracker <rep...@bugs.python.org> <https://bugs.python.org/issue45808> _______________________________________ _______________________________________________ Python-bugs-list mailing list Unsubscribe: https://mail.python.org/mailman/options/python-bugs-list/archive%40mail-archive.com
