I propose to remove the undocumented function _PyTuple_FromArray from the public API, by using the extern keyword iso. PyAPI_FUNC. _PyTuple_FromArray was introduced by bpo-36030 in GH-11954 during the Python 3.8 alpha phase. In the stdlib, it is used by the itertools module only.
