There isn't much I can do for you. CentOS 7 has OpenSSL 1.0.2. There might be a threading issue in OpenSSL or Python. Both Python 3.7.3 and OpenSSL 1.0.2 are no longer supported. The minimum supported versions are OpenSSL 1.1.1 and Python 3.7.9.
