Vedran, msg362365 is meant to say: "This PR implements $SOMEWHAT_MATHEMATICAL_SPEC except for inexact power." Had I put the caveat inside the statement as well, the message would have been: "This PR implements $SOMEWHAT_MATHEMATICAL_SPEC_EXCEPT_FOR_INEXACT_POWER except for inexact power."
