Sorry you are having problems. Unfortunately, those messages are not coming from Python itself so there doesn't appear to be anything we can do here. Searching on the web for "could not get file information for" suggests that the messages are coming from Arch's package manager, pacman. Suggest you ask on a Arch-related forum or perhaps on something like StackOverflow.
