New submission from Manatsawin Hanmongkolchai <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Hello, the Python 2.6 installer on Vista does not requires UAC permission thus does not work with "install for All user" option.
The installer said: You do not have sufficient privilleges to completes the installation for all users of the machine.
