(We've had spectacular process failures with this in the past.) Please take a deep breath and patiently answer Yury's questions. If you two can't agree on this, the status quo wins, but it will be a blemish on your reputation if you just block it unilaterally. At the very least help Yury reproduce your timing results -- at this point the burden is on you since nobody else can reproduce them.
