New submission from Kaoru Kitamura <kkaoru1...@gmail.com>: I tried to activate tensorflow after creating tensorflow environment with Anaconda Prompt. Then, Python clashed in fatal error as attached.
I searched this kind of issues and made environment variable for UTF-8 , but it did not work.
