New submission from Steve Dower <steve.do...@python.org>: The installed item entries on Windows (since some recent update, I believe) only display "Uninstall" and do not let you select "Modify".
This is because we enabled the setting that used to display "Uninstall/Modify" as a single button. Clicking the Uninstall button (and confirming it) lets you modify or repair.
