there is an inconsistency on one exception chain in
/Lib/xml/etree/ElementPath.py:
try:
selector.append(ops[token[0]](next, token))
except StopIteration:
raise SyntaxError("invalid path")
should be
raise SyntaxError("invalid path") from None
