A PY_FORMAT_SIZE_T format is incorrectly used with PyUnicode_FromFormat. The correct format here is "%zd". PY_FORMAT_SIZE_T should be reserved for the OS printf routines, PyOS_snprintf, PySys_WriteStderr.
