Eryk Sun added the comment: PathCchCombineEx isn't an import dependency. It's used dynamically via LoadLibraryW and GetProcAddress, with a fallback to PathCombineW. Does Wine maybe have a stub for this function that returns E_NOTIMPL (not implemented)?
