New submission from eszense:
if install-script specified and
alternative python location selected during installation,
msiexec will fail with:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer
package. A program required for this install to
complete could not be run. Contact your support
personnel or package vendor.
This is due to the lack of PythonExeX Custom Action setting
the path to python.exe
