#if SIZEOF_VOID_P == 4 > Can I use int8_t, int16_t and int32_t You can use PY_INT32_T for 32-bit signed integers, short for 16-bit signed integers (if SIZEOF_SHORT == 2) and signed char for 8-bit signed integers.
