Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, thus, per :PEP:`11`, CPython 3.5 is no longer officially supported on this OS. The proposed patch adds two sentences on top of that: Vista and Later versions of Windows are supported. Please install the latest 3.4 version of CPython if you are using Windows XP.
