New submission from Brett Cannon: In https://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-dev/2015-September/141499.html I asked if people thought it was okay to deprecate modules in Python 3 but to keep them around until Python 4. People agreed and so now I need to actually execute on that plan by updating PEP 4 and the various deprecation messages in the stdlib.
