* the current preamble is still overly legalistic and could stand to be toned down (e.g. finding a friendlier word than "disclose" in a couple of places) * the page doesn't really explain why it exists. There's hints of that in the "Limitations on Scope" section, but it would likely be better to have a more explicit "Goals of this page" section.
