Steve Dower added the comment: AFAIK the only buildbot with a nearly-up-to-date MSVC is still marked as unstable (http://buildbot.python.org/all/builders/AMD64%20Windows8%203.x). I keep meaning to get it promoted, but haven't quite gotten around to it yet...
