Martin Panter added the comment: If it would help the review process, I could simplify my patch by dropping the addition of the HTTPConnection.closed flag, so that it just adds the ConnectionClosed exception. Looking forwards, I’m wondering if it might be better to add something like a HTTPConnection.check_remote_closed() method instead of that flag anyway.
