New submission from Claudiu.Popa: To be precise, when running test_urllib on a machine with a local FTP server, but with a set of credentials different than the ones used by test_urllib.urlopen_HttpTests.test_ftp_nonexisting. In this case, ftpwrapper from urllib.request will succesfully connect to the FTP server, but it will fail when sending the credentials, leaving the connection opened. The attached patch tries to fix this.
