Chris Jerdonek added the comment: It might be worth clarifying in the devguide then if True/False/etc shouldn't be treated differently from other things. The current wording suggests that links shouldn't be used at all in those cases (e.g. "given that they’re fundamental to the language and should be known to any programmer").
