Ezio Melotti added the comment: It's not necessary to include the commit message and/or use "hg export" though, since we don't import patches directly and we write the message ourself when we commit.
> (... is there a better way to upload three files?) You need to upload them individually and "submit changes" 3 times, but it's not necessary to write a comment every time.
