R. David Murray added the comment: I would say Brian Curtin, Tim Golden, and/or Martin von Löwis, as they are the currently active committers with significant Windows expertise. Other committers may have opinions as well. If you don't get an answer here in a reasonable amount of time, please post a discussion of the issue to python-dev (it may end up there anyway).
