Yes, after choosing wrong the first time (based partly on the ordering relative to the accompanying text). And yes, your guess is correct. Incidentally, it was also odd that the VS executable wasn't obvious to locate. After installing, only the "VS 2008 Remote Debugger" showed up in the Start menu.
