New submission from Kevin McKiou: >>> print "price is: %f" % 5.1234567 price is: 5.123457 I was testing the statement about "prints to 6 decimal places". Sure enough, it printed only 6 decimal places, but it skipped over the 6th decimal place and printed the 7th. I am using Python version 2.5.1 and IDLE version 1.2.1
