Terry J. Reedy <tjre...@udel.edu> added the comment: 3.2.3 and 2.7.3 are out. And I am running on win7 without problems. I have not tried running multiple shells of the same Python version, but I have occasionally run 2.7 and 3.2 simultaneously without problems that I noticed.
