Neal Norwitz added the comment: Hmmm, the patch was out of date (I had already removed cPickle). However, I don't think that was the reason for everything failing. I manually applied the changes to the files and python version. Things should be pretty good now. I didn't add the libraries. I'm not sure why they are needed now while they weren't necessary before.
