Use PY_SSIZE_T_CLEAN in zlibmodule.c is a new feature. I don't want to implement it, I don't need it, and I don't feel confortable in zlibmodule.c. Open a new issue if you want it. I think that we are done with issue. If you see buildbots failures, reopen it.
