The patch is based on http://codereview.appspot.com/1132041 and the last version (bzr) of python-signalfd. The patch uses also PyModule_AddIntMacro() for the 3 constants added in my last (pthread_sigmask), and changes pthread_sigmask() to raise an OSError instead of a RuntimeError.
