Can you post a short test case, including a sample email/mailbox file if needed, that reproduces the problem you are seeing? With a reproducible test case I can fix it quickly, without one I feel like I'm groping in the dark. I need to be able to to create a unit test that demonstrates the problem in order to check in a fix; having a reproducible test case I can run will also help with writing that.
You also seem to report a failure in test_mailbox. test_mailbox passes for me and on all the buildbots. Are you running RC2?
