Summary: -Qnew switch doesn't work

Initial Comment:
When starting IDLE 1.0 with Python's -Qnew option
new division ist *not* in action! (Whereas this worked
well with IDLE 0.8 and Python 2.2)

Exception: new division works, when additionally the -n
switch of IDLE is used (no subprocesses).
